1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
a. Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lerenebonjour@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
b. Packaging Your Return
Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
c. Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds
a. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
b. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lerenebonjour@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
